The Ministry of Local Administration has received funding from AFD for the implementation of a national strategy for solid waste management.
Activities performed
Jade Advisory provided PPP expertise to the client in preparing and conducting the procurement of the project until the project award. The activities performed are:
- Support in preparing the Bidding Documents
- Support during the advertising stage of the Invitation for Bids (IFB)
- Support during the Bids evaluation stage
- Support during the negotiation stage for the signing of the DBO contract.
