The Mali Chamber of Mines signed an agreement with the CIRA, to undertake the pre-feasibility studies for a 4,740 km railway project, linking Bamako, Kidal, Dakar and San Pedro.
Activities performed
Jade Advisory prepared a report on the legal and institutional frameworks for the rail, mining and PPP sectors as well as the PPP options available for the project.
