Main mission features
The project aims to build the dry port in the city of Kasumbalesa, in the province of Haut-Katanga. This important infrastructure must meet international norms and standards in this area.
The Dry Port being an infrastructure intended to facilitate logistical operations for the import and export of goods, its construction must take into account the requirements of security, effectiveness, efficiency and waiting queue management, as well as respecting deadlines.
Activities performed
Jade Advisory’s mission consists of carrying out a financial and institutional study to define the institutional set-up of the Kasumbalesa dry port as well as the financial profitability of the infrastructure according to the selected scenarios.
