Main mission features
The Abidjan – Lagos corridor is approximately 1028 km long and connects some of the largest and most economically dynamic cities in Africa, namely Abidjan, Accra, Cotonou, Lome and Lagos and covers a large part of the West African population. It also connects dynamic maritime ports serving landlocked countries in the region, notably Burkina Fao, Mali and Niger.
The lot 3 of the project aims to build a homogeneous 6-lane highway from Togo to Lagos in Nigeria via Benin. The route of the highway will follow a new route, integrating sections of the existing route to ensure an optimization of the route.
