The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Tourism of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania wishes to support its economy by establishing a Single Window for Foreign Trade through a public private partnership.
Activities performed
Jade acted as financial advisor to the private Group to respond to the request for proposal issued by the Ministry. Jade prepared the Group’s financial offer for the design, financing, implementation and operation of a Single Window for Foreign Trade.
The offer aimed to demonstrate the value and feasibility of the project by providing an in-depth analysis of the concession option. The offer included a necessary financial due diligence of the project, including its financial modeling, allowing to assess the financial viability of the project and to quantify the expected cash flows, the key financial indicators and the expected returns on investment, thus providing a vision detail of the profitability and financial sustainability of the project.
