Main mission features
The PPP project comprises the review of the RFP before issuing it to the selected bidders for an availability-based PPP of a new highway of circa 100 km between Kampala and Jinja.
Activities performed
Jade Advisory led a team providing financial, and technical know-how to review the RFP documentation including the financial model.
As Team Leader, Jade Advisory was responsible for the coordination of all tasks of the planning and design studies including financial, economic, environmental, social and engineering.
