Main mission features
The E-NABLE project aims to support Libyan institutions and the private sector in economic governance and digital transformation. The overall objective of the action is to improve the capacities of key economic institutions for sustainable, diversified, and digital economic recovery to institutionalize the private sector’s economic growth with the support of both private and public sector organizations.
Activities performed
Within the first component of the E-NABLE project (C1: strengthening the capacities of the Ministry of Economy and Trade and related stakeholders in designing public policies for economic diversification), Jade Advisory has supported the Ministry of Economy and Trade and relative institutions in the following activities:
- Assess the current framework governing PPPs and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare a capacity-building plan to improve the skills and knowledge of the staff of the Ministry of Economy and other government bodies depending on the initial assessment.
- Deliver capacity-building training to the Ministry of Economy and Trade staff and related institutions.
